Fall Caregiver’s Conference

This Fall, we will explore issues related to care for the caregivers. We hope that you will join us for education, door prizes, and a delicious lunch! Lunch is compliments of HealthSouth. The conference is a project of the Geriatric Interest Network of Blair County Region. Space is limited and open to unpaid caregivers of older adults on a first-come, first-served basis.
